Zech Hampton serves as Director of Land Acquisition for Bridge Tower, a vertically integrated, national Build-to-Rent owner and operator, and Westfield Homes, a Dallas-based for-sale homebuilder focused on delivering timeless character at an attainable price. With a diverse background in residential construction, development, and project management, Zech brings firsthand experience across the residential development process. His career includes roles with both national and private homebuilders, giving him a strong understanding of what it takes to transform a land opportunity into a successful community.

Today, Zech focuses on identifying and securing strategic land opportunities throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He works closely with landowners, brokers, developers, and master-planned community partners, combining his construction background and market knowledge to evaluate opportunities and help guide the continued growth of Bridge Tower and Westfield Homes.

Beyond his professional role, Zech is actively involved in the Dallas-Fort Worth homebuilding community through the Dallas Builders Association and its Young Professionals initiatives. He is passionate about building meaningful industry relationships, contributing to the growth of the residential development community, and helping create communities that provide a place for Texans to call home.
