The Essence: You are the Relationship Architect and Growth Engine, serving as the strategic force that transforms corporate and community partnerships into scalable funding. You turn our build-cost savings into compelling cases for support, securing the resources that fuel our mission to end homelessness in North Texas.
The Collaboration: You work hand-in-hand with internal leadership and our Development Committee, coaching team members and equipping our C-suite Board of Directors with the precise tools needed to activate their networks and expand our donor pipeline.
The Drive: You master the operational engine—leveraging Salesforce analytics, driving major donor cultivation, and scaling signature campaigns like Builders for Babies to multiply our regional impact and build sustainable, long-term support.
