Director of Programs
The Essence: You are the Community Architect, serving as the primary liaison between the building industry and our nonprofit partners. You curate the "first-class" experience for our supporters, ensuring every Essentials Drive and Care Day is a moment of inspiration that deeply connects leaders to our mission.
The Collaboration: You focus on the people and resources, identifying high-potential "Change Agents" during events and passing the baton to ensure their engagement supports our long-term growth.
The Drive: Together, you operate the "Assimilation Track"—moving stakeholders from initial awareness to deep, impactful service that helps support those ending homelessness in North Texas.

Director of Projects
The Essence: You are the Construction Strategist, serving as the technical liaison between our agency partners and Builder Captains. You diagnose facility constraints—from failing kitchens to capacity needs—and translate them into actionable scopes of work that provide high-quality, dignified spaces.
The Collaboration: You focus on the physical assets, leveraging your builder mindset to ensure the energy generated by the community is converted into sustainable, tangible improvements for service providers.
The Drive: Together, you drive the "Pay It Forward" model, ensuring that the savings generated for nonprofits are tracked, valued, and converted into long-term community impact.
