Xanica Skuza is the Director of Sales & Marketing for J&S Mechanical Contractors, where she leads sales, strategic growth, and marketing initiatives across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services for single-family, multifamily, and commercial construction throughout North Texas. With more than a decade of experience in the residential building industry, she has generated more than $100 million in revenue by building lasting relationships, delivering customer-focused solutions, and helping builders achieve their goals. Her responsibilities include developing growth strategies, increasing revenue, negotiating manufacturer rebate programs, and cultivating partnerships with many of the region's leading homebuilders and developers.

Known as a relationship-driven leader, Xanica has earned the trust of builders, developers, trade partners, and industry professionals throughout North Texas. She is passionate about strengthening the residential construction industry by mentoring others, creating opportunities for growth, and championing the success of women in construction.

Xanica is also the heart behind the BuildHERS Club Podcast, where she creates meaningful conversations that inspire, educate, and connect women across the construction industry. She is passionate about supporting the next generation in construction and is focused on workforce development. Through the annual BuildHERS Hard Hat Classic Golf Tournament, she is able to help raise scholarship funds for male and females interested in pursuing careers in the trades.

Outside of work, Xanica is a devoted wife and proud mom to Bryn and Davis. She enjoys spending time with her family, working out, golfing, and embracing the outdoors whenever possible. Xanica holds a strong passion for serving others both on and off the job and is committed to using her experience, relationships, and leadership to make a positive impact in the communities she serves.
