Tim Nations brings a lifelong commitment to community, leadership development, and servant-hearted engagement to his role with HomeAid North Texas, where he now channels his experience toward addressing the urgent housing and homelessness challenges in the Dallas-Fort Worth region.

With more than 30 years of experience in full-time ministry and leadership, Tim has devoted his career to helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through meaningful connection, strategic facilitation, and purposeful growth. Before joining HomeAid North Texas, Tim served in key leadership roles—including as Director of Facilitation and Director of Communication and Design at Leadership Network and as Lead Church Coach with Chemistry Staffing—where he guided teams and leaders through complex change, communication strategy, and organizational development. 

Tim’s work has always been anchored in empowering others. Whether coaching leaders to amplify their influence, helping organizations strengthen culture and collaboration, or contributing to community initiatives, he consistently focuses on fostering environments where people feel valued, heard, and equipped to thrive.
