Sean Ricks

Sean Ricks is President of Tri Pointe Homes’ Dallas-Fort Worth Division. He leads all aspects of the division’s operations, with a focus on growing the division’s land pipeline. With over 20 years of homebuilding and real estate experience, Sean most recently served as Associate General Counsel at TRI Pointe Homes, where he played an integral role in corporate mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance (equity and debt issuance), and advising the Company’s Board of Directors. Prior to joining TRI Pointe Homes, Sean worked in the Southern California divisions of Centex Homes and Pulte Group and was a corporate and securities lawyer at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Sean received his Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in Business Administration from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and his law degree, with honors, from the University of Southern California, Gould School of Law.
