Kim is a seasoned real estate finance executive specializing in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Homebuilder Banking. She previously served as Managing Director for Wells Fargo as a senior coverage banker focused on client relationship management, origination, deal structuring, strategic advisory, and delivering comprehensive financial solutions to Homebuilders and Developers across the Central U.S. and Eastern Florida markets.

With more than 37 years in banking, Kim has held leadership and management positions across Corporate & Investment Banking, Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, Small & Business Banking, and Corporate Risk. Commercial Real Estate has been her primary focus for the past 30 years.

Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in economics with a concentration in finance from Rutgers University. She is committed to supporting community organizations focused on children, affordable housing, and food insecurity.

Kim currently serves as Finance Chair and Treasurer for HomeAid North Texas, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to advance the organization’s mission of supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness.
