Jason Young serves as Vice President and Texas State Manager for First American Title’s Homebuilder Services Division, where he oversees all operational and financial performance across 12 offices statewide.

During his more than 20-year career with First American, Jason has held numerous leadership positions, including Division Manager, National Sales Manager, and National Operations Manager. His deep industry knowledge and proven leadership have been instrumental in driving growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction throughout the organization.

Jason holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of California, Irvine, and a Bachelor’s degree in Business and Management from the University of Redlands. He resides in Frisco, Texas, with his family.
