Alisa Hollenback is the Enterprise Credit Senior Credit Products Manager for the Southwest market of the Commercial Real Estate Bank at Bank of America.  She leads a team comprised of real estate professionals who provide comprehensive credit solutions, including advisory guidance as well as sourcing, structuring, underwriting and closing loans, for national and regional Commercial Real Estate developers and investors, private and public non-traded Real Estate Investment Trusts and Funds.  

Located in Dallas, TX, Alisa joined Bank of America as a Real Estate Analyst completing the Commercial Real Estate credit training program.  She has continued her career within Commercial Real Estate holding various roles within the credit underwriting and structuring team responsible for the end-to-end credit process and currently leads the credit team. 

Alisa is active within Bank of America’s Women’s Leadership Council and the Community Volunteer Network. She is formal and informal mentor to new summer and full-time associates to promote collaboration, development and retention of top talent.  

Within her community, Alisa serves through her church and local high school band boosters. She is a member of the Texas McCombs Real Estate Center Advisory Council and is a Board Member for The Real Estate Council and HomeAid North Texas. 

Alisa graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Finance and Commercial Bank Management.
