Addison is the Director of Community Planning for Toll Brothers’ Dallas-Fort Worth division, where he leads the planning and execution of new communities from acquisition through opening. Over his 9-year career with Toll Brothers, Addison has held roles across construction, purchasing, and community planning, serving as Senior Project Manager of Community Planning before advancing to his current leadership role. Prior to joining Toll Brothers, Addison served as the General Manager of his family-owned business in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area and served in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. Addison holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University and will graduate with an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Florida in April 2027.
