HomeAid Care Days are impactful, hands-on volunteer workdays where construction-industry professionals and affiliates unite to provide vital minor repairs and upgrades at homeless shelters and other critical homeless service facilities. Tasks such as painting, landscaping, cleaning, and small construction projects are completed at no charge, based on each organization's specific needs.
These volunteer efforts provide crucial resources and complete essential projects for nonprofit care providers who assist those in our community at high risk of homelessness.
HomeAid Projects
Projects are where HomeAid North Texas really shines. HomeAid North Texas acts as the liason between the nonprofit and the builder that has generously agreed to support the construction of the project. Through our partners, vendors, and consultants, HomeAid North Texas provides an average savings of 50% of the total cost of the construction project through discounted and in-kind donations of services and materials.
